Briana Beebe—better known as Brie—has grown up in the St Croix Valley her entire life. Raising four incredible children with her husband Tim, Brie is proud to be building a life and a business in the beautiful place she’s always called home.

Entrepreneurship runs in her blood. Inspired by her mother’s thriving honey business, Brie grew up learning the value of hard work, integrity, and genuine connection. From selling jars of honey at farmers markets to now managing financial clarity for construction and landscaping businesses, Brie has always loved helping others thrive. And numbers? Well, they’ve always lit her up.

Brie brings peace of mind to business owners by organizing their books, streamlining their systems, and giving them back their time—so they can focus on what matters most.

Monica, originally from San Antonio, Texas, has called Chanhassen, Minnesota, home since 2011. Growing up in a small business family, she developed a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.

With a background in business development, team building, and operations management across banking, non-profit, and mortgage industries, Monica now works as a Fractional COO, providing strategic support to business owners.

As the founder of Little Pencil, she specializes in business operations supportand strategy for solopreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses. She helps owners and teams build efficient systems, processes, and procedures to support sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys running, road trips, and time with her four adult children. She also loves relaxing at home with her dogs and cat.

Andrea is a bookkeeping professional with a background in education, having taught 5th and 6th grade for five years and served as an adjunct college professor for three. She also ran a part-time Mary Kay business, which sparked her interest in entrepreneurship.

Andrea has always loved numbers and problem solving, so bookkeeping felt like a natural next step. Her goal is to help business owners with a part of their business that many don't enjoy—one friend even said she'd rather eat dirt than do her books!

Andrea is a wife and homeschool mom of four and is actively involved in her church and her kids’ activities. She wanted a career that offered more freedom and flexibility while allowing her to keep God and family as her top priorities - and Bluestone Bookkeeping & Consulting was the right place!

Outside of work, Andrea loves dancing, crocheting, and spending time outdoors. And for a fun fact—her favorite food is crunchy tacos with American cheese, just the way her mom made them growing up!

A graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, Alexa is a former CPA with a Masters in Accounting.

Being a mom of three young children, she is no stranger to juggling tasks and managing priorities. Not only does she have a passion for being a mom but also for crunching numbers and helping others, which is what led her to the world of bookkeeping.

She finds genuine fulfillment in using her expertise in financial analysis to help small businesses gain the financial clarity they are seeking and to empower them to achieve greater success.

Nichole is a thoughtful, detail-oriented bookkeeper who finds real fulfillment in helping business owners feel more confident and in control of their numbers.

After becoming a mom, Nichole realized how important it was to find a career that offered both flexibility and purpose. She first discovered her love for bookkeeping while working at a grocery store and was drawn to the clarity and calm it brought - not just to the books, but to the people behind them. That experience planted the seed for what would become her professional path.

Today, as part of the Bluestone Bookkeeping & Consulting team, Nichole brings a steady, supportive presence to her clients. She’s passionate about helping business owners make sense of their finances so they can focus on doing more of what they love - all while keeping family and meaningful work at the heart of what she does.

Lindsey grew up between the beaches of Florida and the winters of Wisconsin, but now calls Upstate South Carolina home. She lives with her husband, their adventurous toddler, and their sweet cat and dog. For Lindsey, the perfect day is spent making memories with her daughter—especially exploring the mountains and enjoying the sunshine.

After 13 years in healthcare administration and business management, Lindsey found her way back to a long-standing love: accounting. What started as an interest in high school has grown into a full-fledged passion. She recently earned her associate degree in accounting and is actively pursuing her bachelor’s, committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills.

With a front-row seat to small business life through her husband’s ventures, Lindsey brings real-world understanding to her work. She knows what’s at stake for her clients and takes that responsibility seriously. Whether organizing the details or tackling a new challenge, she’s known for being dependable, resourceful, and always willing to go the extra mile to get it right.

A self-described “forever student,” Lindsey is always eager to learn, improve processes, and support others. She believes that when small business owners have clarity and confidence in their books, they gain back something priceless: time to focus on what matters most.
